Subsidy available to U-M students with young, dependent children

Are you a U-M student with young, dependent children? You may be eligible for the U-M Child Care Subsidy, which provides funds to assist students with the cost of child care using providers licensed by the state of Michigan. Awards are based upon financial need.

Introducing the Go Blue Guarantee for Michigan resident students

Are you a Michigan resident with a family income of $65,000 or less? If you apply to U-M, are admitted, and qualify for in-state tuition, we are prepared to cover the full cost of your in-state tuition for up to four years of full-time undergraduate study on our Ann Arbor campus, subject to certain limits. Beware of phishing scam asking for Federal Student Aid ID

The Office of Financial Aid have been made aware of a phishing scam involving the Federal Student Aid ID, or FSAID. No one from our office or from the U.S. Department of Education will call a student or parent asking for this unique identifier. Do not fall for this phishing scam.

Lower rates offered for U-M Domestic Student Health Insurance Plan

A new, voluntary health insurance plan is available for U-M students for 2017-18 at a much lower price than last year. Installment payments may be made if students sign up for it before Sept. 24.
